The link above will take you to a separate web site where open salt collectors can post questions and/or comments about open salts. You can go anytime to read, but the best way is to
subscribe so you'll be notified by email whenever something new is posted. It's very unobtrusive. It's much easier than trying to remember to check it daily. You can choose to receive
an email when each post is made, or just a daily digest once a day. Either way, it's much easier to bookmark the page and go there directly rather than reading the emails. In most
cases, you would not know who posted the message and if a picture is posted, you'd have to go there to see it anyway. When you reach the page, be sure to bookmark it so you can reach
it easily.
There are several links at the top of the message board. The first one is a link to the homepage of this web site, OpenSalts.US, dealing only with research on open salts. The other
topic link changes monthly. Please post pictures of your open salts that relate to that topic. Another link is to the eBay page for searching eBay by item number. Sometimes we have
questions about items on auction, like if they really are open salts as advertised. Or we may warn each other when we see a newer reproduction of an older salt and it's not described
correctly. But please be sure to read the last link...Helpful Hints...for a bit more on that subject and what this entire web site is about. There are a few things that newcomers to
the message board may find helpful. It's also a contact page where people have their email addresses linked to their names, and the city and state or country where they live. Some
people are looking for others near them to talk salts so don't hesitate to email anyone on the list. It's also there in case you want to email someone directly instead of post a
